Parties & Term

Agreement between Trade Dental Group and the approved Seller. Continues until terminated per this Agreement.

Seller Obligations

• Comply with TGA and all applicable laws; keep evidence of compliance.
• Accurate listings, pricing, and imagery; fulfil orders on time.
• Provide warranties and handle returns/refunds for your sales.
• Maintain insurance suitable for your products and operations.

Our Obligations

• Provide platform access, payment processing, and reasonable support.
• Disburse funds minus fees after fulfilment/return windows.

Fees, Holds & Deductions

Commission and fees as per onboarding. We may withhold payouts for disputes, chargebacks, or suspected breaches.

Prohibited Conduct

• Counterfeit, unsafe, or non‑compliant goods.
• Off‑platform transactions to avoid fees.
• Misleading, deceptive, or infringing listings.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate for breach or risk. Either party may terminate with notice per the Seller Agreement.

Liability & Indemnity

Each party’s liability limited to the extent permitted by law; Seller indemnifies us for claims arising from Seller products or breaches.
