• Direct Sales: Items marked “Sold by Trade Dental Group”.
• Marketplace: Items marked “Sold by [Seller Name]”.
• No counterfeit, unsafe, or non‑compliant dental goods.

Orders, Pricing & Payment

• Prices are in AUD with GST status shown.
• We may cancel/refund orders for errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues.

Shipping & Delivery

• Direct Sales: Dispatched by Trade Dental Group; tracking provided.
• Marketplace: Dispatched by the seller; tracking provided by the seller.

Returns, Refunds & ACL Guarantees

• Faulty, unsafe, or misdescribed goods are remedied under the ACL.
• Sterile/consumable items aren’t returnable unless faulty or misdescribed.
• Direct returns go to us; Marketplace returns go to the seller (we assist if unresponsive).

Warranties & Liability

Manufacturer warranties apply where stated. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability limits apply; ACL rights remain unaffected.
